"The True Hell"
INCIDENT REPORT
A Minecraft user with the username 0123CoolGuy3210 enjoyed playing in Creative mode. Their parents installed Minecraft version 1.12 via Torrent, and he played it with pleasure. One day he learned that in the Nether it was possible to break through the ceiling, so he went to the top of the Nether, found the world border, and built a house there made of spruce wood planks.
While making windows, outside the border he saw an incomprehensible black scribble that resembled a head and body. Although it made him uncomfortable, he ignored the risk and began building a railway. When he almost finished the road, a large slime mass began growing from the bedrock near the border, spreading like a plant. The slime grew straight up into the sky endlessly.

When he took a sword and struck the slime, the game crashed and a .png file appeared on his desktop with the following content:

After seeing this image with the words "YOUR ATTEMPTS AT UNDERSTANDING ARE VERY VERY VERY UNHELPFUL", he became frightened that he might have caught a virus, so he deleted Minecraft and didn't play it anymore, only watching let's plays.
ANOMALY DESCRIPTION
Anomaly 2 manifests as a black scribble-like entity that typically resides beyond the world border, specifically on the Nether ceiling. We believe this may be someone trapped within the game, as it exhibits perfect signs of sentient behavior.
The entity communicates through sign interactions, changing its form to respond to text. It also possesses the ability to summon slime tendrils from beneath the bedrock, which it refers to as "its flesh." These slime structures spread endlessly into the sky:

The anomaly identifies itself as the god of this world and constantly experiences physical pain. Its origin remains unknown.
